According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SUNSHINE (300227.SZ) plans to sign a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Shenzhen XieTong ZengCai Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "XieTong ZengCai"). The company will transfer 20% of its equity in XieTong GaoKe to XieTong ZengCai, with a transfer price of RMB 24 million. After the completion of this equity transfer, the company will still hold 3.027277% of the equity in XieTong GaoKe
