
Asian Micro Holdings’ subsidiary to divest three Malaysian office units

Net proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes.Asian Micro Holdings’ 49%-owned subsidiary, Asian Micro Capital Sdn Bhd, will be selling three commercial office units in Penang, Malaysia, for $480,000 (RM1.55m).The three commercial office units have a gross floor area of about 164 square metres, and are currently held as investment properties for rental purposes.Net proceeds of about $469,048 (RM1.532m) will be used for general working capital purposes to explore new opportunities in its property business.($1=RM3.3)
