On September 30th, ST XPH announced that the company's director and board secretary Xu Li applied to resign from the position of board secretary for personal reasons, with the resignation taking effect from the date the application is delivered to the board of directors. After resigning from the above position, Xu Li will still serve as a director of the company. The 30th meeting of the 9th board of directors approved the proposal on the appointment of the board secretary, agreeing to appoint Xiang Jin as the board secretary of the company, with a term starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the end of the 9th board's term
