# Shibei Hi-Tech: Indirectly holds shares in MuXi Integrated Circuit and Yangtze Memory Technologies

On September 30th, Shibei Hi-Tech stated on the interactive platform that the company, as a limited partner of the CCTV Integrated Media Industry Investment Fund, holds a 2.69% share of the fund. The CCTV Integrated Media Fund invested in MuXi Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. in June 2022 and in Yangtze Memory Technologies Co., Ltd. in December 2023. The company does not participate in the daily operation and management of the fund, and its investment in indirectly held companies is relatively low, which will not have a significant impact on the company's operating performance
