CIH announced the results of the shareholder's share reduction. Before the reduction plan was implemented, Dongfang Hongyuan held 226,659,708 shares of the company, accounting for 5.58% of the total share capital. From September 3 to 29, 2025, Dongfang Hongyuan reduced its holdings by 40,598,108 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 1.00% of the total share capital, with a reduction price range of 2.60 - 3.23 yuan/share, totaling 123,325,909.76 yuan. After the reduction, Dongfang Hongyuan's shareholding ratio decreased to 4.58%, and this reduction plan was terminated early
