LAPLACE announced that its shareholder Planck Partnership holds 11.0612 million shares of the company, accounting for 2.73% of the total share capital. Planck No. 6 holds 4.7936 million shares of the company, accounting for 1.18% of the total share capital. After this pledge, the number of pledged shares by Planck Partnership is 5.5306 million shares, accounting for 50.00% of its total shares held in the company and 1.36% of the total share capital; the number of pledged shares by Planck No. 6 is 2.3968 million shares, accounting for 50.00% of its total shares held in the company and 0.59% of the total share capital
