3PEAK Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. announced that the "3PEAK Convertible Bonds" will convert into shares starting from April 25, 2025. As of September 30, the cumulative conversion amount is 0 yuan, resulting in 0 shares, with an unconverted amount of 383,389,300 yuan, accounting for 100% of the total issuance. No conversions occurred in the third quarter of 2025. The targeted convertible bonds were registered on November 4, 2024, with a face value of 100 yuan per bond and a coupon rate of 0.01% per year. The conversion period is from 2025 to 2028, and the initial and latest conversion prices have not been adjusted. As of the third quarter of 2025 and the announcement date, the company has not experienced any changes in share capital due to conversions
