Ankura announced that on September 29, 2025, the company first reduced its repurchased shares by 254,400 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.1520% of the company's total share capital, with a highest transaction price of 37.43 yuan/share, a lowest price of 36.61 yuan/share, and an average transaction price of 36.87 yuan/share, raising funds of 9.3806 million yuan. According to the plan approved by the board of directors on September 5, 2025, the reduction period is from September 29, 2025, to December 15, 2025, with a proposed reduction of no more than 1.6736 million shares. Previously, the company completed its repurchase on December 15, 2022, with a total repurchase of 3.3261 million shares, accounting for 1.9874% of the total share capital, with a total transaction amount of 120 million yuan
