Minkave: The court has ruled to accept the reorganization application

Minkave announced that the company recently received a "Decision" from the Guangdong Provincial High People's Court, which has ruled to accept the reorganization application filed by Zhongshan Guyue Lighting Manufacturing Co., Ltd. against the company, and has appointed Shenzhen Zhengyuan Liquidation Co., Ltd. as the administrator during the reorganization period. Creditors should declare their claims to the administrator by October 30, 2025. Although the court has accepted the company's reorganization, there remains a risk of bankruptcy due to potential reorganization failure.
