KIBING announced that as of September 30, 2025, the company is actively advancing preparations for the repurchase of shares and has not yet repurchased company shares through centralized bidding. The total amount of funds for this repurchase will not be less than 100 million yuan and not exceed 200 million yuan, with a repurchase price not exceeding 9 yuan per share
