HONGYUAN ELECTRONICS announced that as of September 30, 2025, the controlling shareholder and actual controller Zheng Hong reduced his holdings in the company by a total of 1.2117 million shares through block trades and centralized bidding, accounting for 0.5244% of the company's total share capital, at a reduction price of 45.5 to 62.64 yuan/share, cashing out 59.2508 million yuan; Zheng Xiaodan reduced his holdings by 1 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.4327% of the company's total share capital, at a price of 49 to 62.67 yuan/share, cashing out 58.6452 million yuan. After this reduction, the total shareholding ratio of the concerted actors decreased from 31.95% to 31.00%, and the reduction plan has been completed
