# IBR: JianKe Investment reduced its holdings by 0.99%

IBR announced that the investment plan of its shareholder, JianKe Investment, holding more than 5% of the shares, will expire on September 30, 2025. From July 1 to September 30, 2025, it reduced its holdings by a total of 1.4488 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.99% of the company's total share capital, with average reduction prices of 15.22 yuan/share and 16.7 yuan/share, respectively; after the reduction, it holds 7.3678 million shares, accounting for 5.02%
