YINGFENG announced that shareholder Yi Huiliang, who holds more than 5% of the shares, has pledged 22 million shares. This pledge is divided into two parts: one part consists of 3.14 million shares, accounting for 14.27% of his holdings and 0.71% of the company's total share capital; the other part consists of 18.86 million shares, accounting for 85.73% of his holdings and 4.29% of the company's total share capital. The pledge start date is September 29, 2025, and the pledgee is the Shaoxing Textile City Branch of CITIC Bank Co., Ltd. The purpose of the pledged financing is for personal funding needs. After the pledge, Yi Huiliang has cumulatively pledged 22 million shares, accounting for 100% of his holdings and 5.00% of the company's total share capital
