HiTech Develop announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, HiTech Creative Park, has sold all properties of the HiTech Creative Port project to Bocheng Development for a price of 440 million yuan. As of the disclosure date, HiTech Creative Park has received the full transaction amount. The impact of this transaction on the company's finances will be subject to the audited report for the year 2025
