# Thalys: Shareholder Shanghai Angze, holding over 5% of shares, plans to reduce its stake by no more than 2% of the company's shares

On September 30, Thalys announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Shanghai Angze Private Fund Management Co., Ltd. - Angze Taiying No. 6 Private Securities Investment Fund, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4.2028 million shares, or no more than 2% of the company's total share capital, from October 30, 2025, to January 29, 2026, through centralized bidding and block trading. Among them, the reduction through centralized bidding will not exceed 2.1014 million shares, and the reduction through block trading will not exceed 2.1014 million shares. The reason for the reduction is for its own investment planning arrangements. There is no price range set for this reduction
