ROYALFLUSH INFO announced that the company received a notification letter from shareholder Kaishun regarding the completion of the share reduction plan of Zhejiang Hexin ROYALFLUSH INFO Network Technology Co., Ltd. This share reduction plan has been implemented. Kaishun reduced its holdings by 699,100 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.13% of the company's total share capital. After the reduction, Kaishun holds 47,497,400 shares of the company, accounting for 8.83% of the total share capital. This reduction complies with relevant laws and regulations as well as the company's rules and regulations, is consistent with the previously disclosed reduction plan, does not affect the company's governance structure and ongoing operations, and will not lead to a change in the company's control
