# SCIE: The company's chairman Meng Jun has resigned

On September 30, Shanmei International announced that Meng Jun applied to no longer concurrently serve as the chairman of the eighth board of directors, director, chairman of the board's strategic committee, member, and member of the board's nomination committee due to work changes, and will no longer hold any position at Shanmei International. After deliberation at the thirty-fourth meeting of the eighth board of directors held on September 30, 2025, the proposal on the appointment of the company's vice president was approved. Based on the nomination by the company's general manager and the review by the board's nomination committee, Han Tao was appointed as the company's vice president, with a term consistent with that of the current board of directors
