On September 30, 2025, the board of directors of Shanghai SINOTHERAPEUTICS Co., Ltd. received a written resignation letter from Vice President Wu Huafeng. Wu Huafeng applied to resign from the position of Vice President for personal reasons, with the original term set to end on May 30, 2026. After resigning, he will no longer hold any position in the company. His resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors, and the handover has been completed, ensuring that his departure will not affect the normal operation and management of the company
