BLEST: Received the decision from the Hunan Securities Regulatory Bureau to order the company to make corrections and to take regulatory conversation measures against the responsible persons

On September 30th, BLEST announced that the company received a decision from the Hunan Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding the order for correction against Hunan BLEST Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. and administrative supervision measures of regulatory talks against Lei Limeng and Li Liangyou. Upon investigation, the company was found to have issues such as failing to follow the required review procedures for related party transactions and timely disclosures, as well as inaccurate disclosures of related party transaction amounts. Chairman Lei Limeng and Board Secretary Li Liangyou bear primary responsibility for the violations. The Hunan Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to impose an order for correction on the company and to conduct regulatory talks with Lei Limeng and Li Liangyou, which will be recorded in the integrity archives of the securities and futures market
