Zhewen Interactive announced that shareholder Lin'an Xinjin holds 25.5599 million shares, accounting for 1.72%, and plans to reduce holdings through centralized bidding by no more than 7.4368 million shares and through block trading by no more than 16.31 million shares from October 30, 2025, to January 29, 2026, totaling no more than 23.7468 million shares, accounting for 1.60%; shareholder Shanghai Mingde holds 20.8677 million shares, accounting for 1.40%, and plans to reduce holdings through centralized bidding by no more than 7.4368 million shares and through block trading by no more than 13.4309 million shares during the same period, totaling no more than 20.8677 million shares, accounting for 1.40%
