# Fengzhushou plans to raise no more than 984 million yuan through a private placement, with the controlling shareholder participating in the subscription

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Fengzhushou (301382.SZ) has announced a plan for the issuance of shares to specific targets for the year 2025. The issuance will target no more than 35 specific investors (including 35), including the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Luo Hongpeng, who intends to subscribe for no less than 10% of the actual number of shares issued. The total amount of funds raised will not exceed 984 million yuan (including this amount), and the net amount of funds raised after deducting issuance expenses will be used entirely for the following projects: cloud terminal computing power center project, Internet of Things terminal intelligent upgrade project, and thin terminal SoC chip technology research and development project
