According to the Zhitong Finance APP, \*ST Golden Solar (300093.SZ) disclosed the operational plan of its restructuring plan (draft). In the future, Ouhao Group will continue to support Golden Solar in focusing on the HJT technology route to consolidate its first-mover advantage. At the same time, Ouhao Group will collaborate with industry partners to introduce computing power business for Golden Solar, aiming to become an operator of computing power infrastructure with green energy advantages. In the future, Golden Solar will continue to deepen its efforts in Jiuquan, fully leveraging the advantages of Jiuquan's green energy policies, and develop computing power AI big data services based on its existing green photovoltaic business. By combining energy and computing power, it aims to create an integrated business model of photovoltaic manufacturing, photovoltaic power generation, computing power services, and direct connection to green electricity
