According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CFLD (600340.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Huailai Jingyu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huailai Jingyu") intends to transfer part of the state-owned land use rights and ongoing projects it holds in the Huailai Artificial Intelligence Industrial Park to the Huailai County Data Bureau, with a transaction amount of 74.5594 million yuan.
