# CFLD's subsidiary plans to transfer its state-owned land use rights and ongoing projects in Huailai Artificial Intelligence Industry Park

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CFLD (600340.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Huailai Jingyu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huailai Jingyu") intends to transfer part of the state-owned land use rights and ongoing projects it holds in the Huailai Artificial Intelligence Industrial Park to the Huailai County Data Bureau, with a transaction amount of 74.5594 million yuan.

This asset sale is beneficial for the company to revitalize existing resources, achieve capital recovery, and promote the company's operations and development. According to the company's preliminary estimates, this asset sale transaction is expected to generate approximately 8.6781 million yuan in profit for the company
