# GAUSH MEDITECH renews exclusive agency agreement with German company SCHWIND

> GAUSH MEDITECH has renewed its exclusive agency agreement with the German company SCHWIND, continuing to be responsible for sales, promotion, and related services in the Chinese market. Since their cooperation began in 2009, the two parties have maintained a stable partnership for over 16 years. According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GAUSH MEDITECH (02407) announced that its subsidiary, Shanghai GAUSH Mingwang Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., has recently officially renewed its exclusive agency agreement with Schwind eye-tech-solutions GmbH (Germany's Schwind Company), continuing to be responsible for sales, promotion, and related services in the Chinese market (including mainland China, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and Macao Special Administrative Region). As one of the company's most important supplier partners, the stable cooperation between both parties has lasted for over 16 years since their first collaboration in 2009. The renewal of this exclusive agency agreement further highlights the long-term stable strategic mutual trust relationship between the two parties and is of significant importance for consolidating the group's competitive advantage in the refractive surgery equipment market in China
