# UNI HEALTH announced its annual performance, with a loss attributable to shareholders of 26.06 million yuan, turning from profit to loss year-on-year

> UNI HEALTH announced its annual performance for the year ending June 30, 2025, with revenue of approximately 711.5 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 34.7%; gross profit of approximately 113.4 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 37%; and a loss attributable to shareholders of 26.06 million yuan, a shift from profit to loss year-on-year, with a loss per share of 32.46 cents. The decline in revenue was mainly due to the impact of the new national medical insurance policy and a decrease in the number of active customers within the national distribution network

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, UNI HEALTH (02211) announced its annual performance for the year ending June 30, 2025, achieving revenue of approximately 711.5 million yuan, a decrease of 34.7% year-on-year; gross profit of approximately 113.4 million yuan, a decrease of 37% year-on-year; a loss attributable to shareholders of 26.06 million yuan, a turnaround from profit to loss year-on-year; and a loss per share of 32.46 cents.

The announcement stated that the decline in revenue was mainly due to the impact of the new healthcare insurance policy in China and a decrease in the number of active customers within the national distribution network
