According to the Zhitong Finance APP, AEC GROUP (08320) announced that to further expand its business in mainland China, the company recently established an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai AEC Environmental Technology Service Co., Ltd.

Based in Shanghai, Shanghai AEC aims to expand its business to the entire Yangtze River Delta region and nationwide. Shanghai AEC is committed to providing consulting services in green, healthy, smart buildings, ESG strategies, carbon neutrality, sustainable industrial parks, green finance, and innovative technologies.
