According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NUR HOLDINGS (00254) announced its audited annual results for the year ending June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of HKD 104 million, an increase of 22.47% year-on-year; the loss attributable to owners of the company was HKD 60.06 million, an increase of 596.03% year-on-year; basic loss per share was HKD 0.1369.

The announcement stated that the increase in revenue was mainly due to the information technology segment, which introduced the group through the acquisition of City Gear and its subsidiaries, as well as the purchase of equipment by a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company for computing analysis and processing centers
