Assura plc held its annual general meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2025, where all resolutions except for resolutions 13 to 16 were passed. Key resolutions included the approval of the Directors' Remuneration Policy and Report, re-appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as auditor, and re-election of several directors. Resolutions 17 and 18, concerning the re-registration of the Company and calling general meetings, were also passed.
