According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHIFANG HLDG (01831) announced its annual performance for the year ending June 30, 2025, with revenue of HKD 71.312 million, a year-on-year increase of 189.91%; the loss attributable to the company's owners was HKD 45.84 million, a year-on-year increase of 1.85 times; the loss per share was HKD 0.043.

The announcement stated that the increase in losses during the year was mainly due to (i) impairment losses on intangible assets; and (ii) impairment losses on properties, plants, and equipment
