# Enel Buys Back Over EUR1 Million in Own Shares

> Enel Spa has repurchased 143,582 of its own shares for EUR1.1 million, with an average price of EUR7.7582 per share, between September 22 and 26. The company now holds 91.6 million treasury shares, accounting for 0.9% of its share capital. Enel's stock rose 1.1% to EUR8.07 per share on Tuesday.

(Alliance News) - Enel Spa announced on Tuesday that it had repurchased 143,582 of its own ordinary shares between September 22 and 26.

The shares were acquired at an average price of EUR7.7582 per unit, for a total value of EUR1.1 million.

As of today, the company holds 91.6 million treasury shares, representing 0.9% of its share capital.

Enel's stock closed Tuesday up 1.1% at EUR8.07 per share.
