KEDE NC: The new product of the size flip milling machining center under research has entered the application verification stage

KEDE NC is a complete industrial manufacturer of specialized high-end CNC systems and key functional components in China; it is a well-known supplier among domestic manufacturing enterprises that has achieved "integration of machine tools, control, feedback devices, and motors." With a high degree of professional autonomy, KEDE has grown into a sizable five-axis equipment production and sales base in the country. In June 2025, KEDE NC, together with Shenyang Aerospace, and Shenyang Aircraft Corporation, established the first domestic "large aircraft structural component process verification pilot base" completely based on domestically produced five-axis CNC machine tools, focusing on breaking through the core bottlenecks from R&D to mass production of complex structural components for civil large aircraft and drones, which has strategic significance for ensuring the security of the national defense military industry and high-end equipment supply chain. Currently, the new five-axis turning and milling composite processing center KMU180T has been put into use for processing aviation engines of civil large aircraft, and the six-axis five-linkage integral blade milling processing center has received small batch orders.
