# PINESTONE issues new shares to acquire non-performing asset disposal business, involving 40 million

> PINESTONE announced the acquisition of 100% equity of the mainland non-performing asset disposal business - Jumbo Company from an independent third party, Joint System, for a consideration of HKD 40 million, which will be paid through the issuance of 13.986 million consideration shares at an issue price of HKD 2.86, equivalent to the closing price on the last trading day (30th). Upon completion, Joint System will hold 18.9% of the company's equity

PINESTONE (00804.HK) announced the acquisition of all equity of the mainland non-performing asset disposal business - Jumbo Company from an independent third party, Joint System, for a consideration of HKD 40 million, which will be paid through the issuance of 13.986 million consideration shares at an issue price of HKD 2.86, equivalent to the closing price on the last trading day (30th).
