# UNIVERSAL TECH released its annual performance, with a loss attributable to shareholders of HKD 161 million

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, UNIVERSAL TECH (01026) announced its full-year results for the 18 months ending June 30, 2025, with revenue of HKD 451 million and a loss attributable to shareholders of HKD 161 million, resulting in a loss of HKD 0.0293 per share.

The announcement stated that the increase in revenue was mainly due to the rise in income from the group's water supply business and the increase in rental income from the group's commercial properties in China
