# CROSS-HAR(HOLD) subsidiary sells equity to Industry Ventures for USD 14.4014 million

According to the announcement from CROSS-HAR(HOLD) (00032), on September 30, 2025 (U.S. time), PCL (the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary) entered into an agreement with Industry Ventures regarding the sale of interests (PCL's investments in Partnership 1 and Partnership 2) to Industry Ventures for a total initial purchase price of USD 14.4014 million (approximately HKD 112 million) (subject to adjustments as described below)
