Elon Musk called on fans to cancel their Netflix (NFLX.US) subscriptions on Wednesday, pointing out controversies surrounding Netflix's animated programs and creators.

Musk posted on his social platform X, suggesting that subscriptions to Netflix should be canceled for the sake of children's health.

The controversy mainly revolves around Netflix's animated program "Dead End: Paranormal Park," which features a transgender character. The show was canceled after airing two seasons in 2023. Musk also stated that the creator of the animated program, Hamish Steele, had mocked conservative activist Charlie Kirk's death
