# ENTERPRISE DEV sells US stocks, expected to gain over HKD 11 million

ENTERPRISE DEV (01808.HK) announced that from September 11 to October 1, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary ENTERPRISE DEV Hong Kong sold 14,000 shares of Tesla at prices ranging from $362.33 to $450.88. The average price per share was approximately $416.44, with a total sale amount of about $5.8302 million, equivalent to approximately HKD 45.375 million. After the sale, the group holds 20,000 shares of Tesla.

Additionally, from September 10 to October 1, 2025, ENTERPRISE DEV Hong Kong sold 38,000 shares of PLTR at prices ranging from $166.1 to $185.35. The average price per share was approximately $180.53, with a total sale amount of about $6.8602 million, equivalent to approximately HKD 53.391 million. After completing the PLTR sale, the group holds 20,000 shares of PLTR.

The company expects the proceeds from the Tesla sale to be approximately $920,000, equivalent to about HKD 7.231 million, while the proceeds from the PLTR sale are expected to be approximately $591,100, equivalent to about HKD 4.6 million. The company will use the proceeds for general working capital and to repay margin loans
