In the new management structure, Allison Cooper and Barbara Luck have been promoted to Co-Presidents of North America Commercial Retail Business, and Lou Levinson has been promoted to President of North America Commercial Wholesale Business. The new leadership structure will take effect on January 1, 2026, and the above executives will report to the incoming AIG President John Neal American International Group announced on October 3rd local time that Executive Vice President and CEO of North America Commercial Insurance Don Bailey will retire at the end of the year due to health reasons.
