# CH FIN LEASING issues new shares to the founder of ANTA, raising HKD 86.72 million

> China Financial Leasing issued 69,379,400 new shares to independent third party Jinxin at a price of 1.25 yuan per share, with a total subscription amount of 86.72 million yuan and a net amount of 86.47 million yuan. This financing will be used to invest in listed and unlisted securities in different industries and for general working capital. Upon completion, Jinxin will hold 16.67% of the company's equity, and he is the founder and CEO of Antalpha Platform Holding Company

China Financial Leasing (02312.HK) announced that it will issue 69,379,400 shares to an independent third party, Jin Xin; each share is priced at HKD 1.25, representing a discount of 2.34% compared to the last trading day (3rd). The total subscription amount is HKD 86.72 million, with a net amount of HKD 86.47 million, intended for investment in listed and unlisted securities of companies in different industries; and for general working capital.

Upon completion, Mr. Jin will hold 16.67% of the company's equity, and he is the founder and CEO of Antalpha Platform Holding Company (ANTA.SU)
