# CARRIANNA: Ru Wenhao has been appointed as the company secretary

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CARRIANNA (00126) announced that Wu Jianxin will resign as the company secretary and the authorized representative of the company effective from October 8, 2025 (in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited).

The board further announced that Ru Wenhao has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative of the company, effective from October 8, 2025
