# LIFE CONCEPTS has signed a lease agreement for a property located in Hong Kong

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LIFE CONCEPTS (08056) announced that on September 30, 2025, the company (as the tenant) entered into a one-year lease agreement with the owner (Forestar Investment Limited) for the operation of a Chinese restaurant, effective from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, with an option to renew the lease.

The company is required to pay the owner a monthly rent of HKD 110,000 or 16% of the total monthly revenue (capped at HKD 150,000), whichever is higher (excluding management fees, government rates, and all utility expenses, and must be paid in advance to the owner on the first day of each month). The property is located at 28th and 29th floors, Zing!, 38 Yau Wa Street, Hong Kong.

The group has been operating a Chinese restaurant under the brand name "Dawn and Moonlit." In light of the success of Dawn and Moonlit private kitchen and to alleviate the frequent overbooking situation, the company plans to open a second restaurant specializing in private kitchen dishes under the Dawn and Moonlit brand name. The board believes that opening a new restaurant at this property will bring stable revenue to the group
