# CF PHARMTECH: The Hong Kong public offering was subscribed 6,697.80 times, with a net fundraising of approximately HKD 525 million from the global offering

The final offer price is HKD 14.75 per share, raising approximately HKD 525 million in net proceeds from the global offering. The Hong Kong public offering was 6,697.80 times oversubscribed, while the international offering was 12.74 times oversubscribed, and trading is expected to commence on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 8, 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CF PHARMTECH (02652) announced that the company will globally issue approximately 41.198 million shares, with 10% allocated for the Hong Kong public offering and 90% for the international offering. The final offering price is HKD 14.75 per share, raising approximately HKD 525 million in net proceeds from the global offering. Each lot consists of 500 shares, and trading is expected to commence on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 9:00 AM (Hong Kong time) on October 8, 2025 (Wednesday).
