E-Soul announced that one of its actual controllers and chairman, Hu Jianping, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 4.8906 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from July 4, 2025, to October 3, 2025, accounting for 2.00% of the company's total share capital. As of the expiration of the reduction period, he has reduced 2.4341 million shares through centralized bidding and 2.4351 million shares through block trading, totaling 4.8692 million shares, which accounts for 2.00% of the company's current total shares, with a transaction price range of 18.49 to 22.73 yuan/share, and a total reduction amount of 101 million yuan
