# HAISUM plans to invest 5 million Thai Baht to establish a subsidiary in Thailand to expand its overseas market

On September 30, 2025, HAISUM Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. held a board meeting to review and approve the proposal to establish "HAISUM Engineering Technology Limited Liability Company" in Prachinburi Province, Thailand, with a registered capital of 5 million Thai Baht. Among them, HAISUM will contribute 4,999,800 Thai Baht, accounting for 99.996%. This investment does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring. The establishment of the subsidiary in Thailand is aimed at implementing contracted projects and aligns with the strategic planning for overseas markets, but it requires approval or filing with relevant government departments and faces local management, operational, and market risks. The company will strengthen control measures to address these challenges
