In 2025, Nanjing CGEE Equipment Co., Ltd. plans to issue shares and pay cash to acquire control of Beijing Weizhun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and raise supporting funds, which is expected to constitute a related party transaction but does not constitute a major asset reorganization or reorganization listing. On August 26, the company's stock was suspended, and on September 8, the 14th meeting of the second board of directors reviewed and approved the relevant proposals, with the stock resuming trading on September 9.
