# HYC: Suzhou Yuanke and Suzhou Yuanfen plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 0.9% of the company's shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, HYC (688001.SH) announced that due to its own funding needs, Suzhou YuanKe and Suzhou YuanFen plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, accounting for no more than 0.90% of the company's total share capital
