# ST GOHIGH received a notice of termination of listing

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, \*ST GOHIGH (000851.SZ) announced that on September 30, 2025, it received the "Advance Notice of Delisting" issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE"). From September 1, 2025, to September 26, 2025, the company's stock closing price was below 1 yuan for twenty consecutive trading days, triggering the delisting conditions specified in Article 9.2.1, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the SZSE's "Stock Listing Rules (2025 Revision)." The SZSE intends to decide to terminate the company's stock listing and trading
