# DELI plans to change the company's control and will be suspended from trading starting October 9

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DELI (002571.SZ) announced that it received a notification from its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Shi Weidong, on September 30, 2025, that he is planning to change the company's control. The specific transaction plan, agreement terms, and other details still need further verification and negotiation, and the specific situation will be subject to the relevant formal transaction agreements signed by the parties at that time.

After the company applied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, its stock will be suspended from trading starting from October 9, 2025 (Thursday), with the suspension expected to last no more than 2 trading days
