# SINOMAB BIO-B: Lai Weiqi has been appointed as the company secretary

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SINOMAB BIO-B (03681) announced that Zhou Yuyan has resigned from the position of company secretary, effective from October 8, 2025.

The board also announced that Lai Weiqi has been appointed as the company secretary to replace Zhou Yuyan, effective from October 8, 2025
