According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Shen Nan Dian A (000037.SZ) stated that the company and its board of directors received a written resignation letter from Mr. Chen Yuhui, the company's director and general manager, on September 30, 2025. Mr. Chen Yuhui resigned from his positions as director and general manager of the company due to reaching the statutory retirement age, and also resigned from his position as a member of the Strategic and Investment Management Committee of the 10th Board of Directors of the company
